SJS was formed in mid 2005, primarily to fill a glaring void in the overseas investment property marketplace. There are literally 000's of companies offering'investment' property, but in reality they are doing little to actually cater for the needs of those looking to invest. We entered into this with a background of over thirty years experience in overseas property and coupled this with the investment sector of the financial services industry.

We realised that that to be ‘different', we had to employ some simple ideas into our modus operandi, and like all good ideas they are invariably straightforward.
Firstly having identified your client, tailor your service to their needs. Make the process of buying a property overseas as simple and hassle-free as possible.
With this in mind, the company decided to mould the process of buying the property and make it easy, professional and transparent. No hidden surprises. Predominantly deciding to offer off-plan products we have been able to change the rules and enable our clients to acquire more investment for their money, thereby improving the potential returns.

By adopting this approach in all our dealings, to be simple, transparent and just a little bit different, we have developed a unique overseas investment property company.
By concentrating our efforts on two or three developments at a time, we can ensure that our sales team are fully and expertly briefed on all investments at any given stage. We don't believe an investor needs hundreds of choices; just the few right one's!
By doing it this way, we are assured the ability to offer the lowest deposits. And that means no stage payments or promissory notes during construction. So………only offer your client the extraordinary developments, because, as we know there are 000's of companies offering the ordinary.

Every negotiation we undertake begins with clients best interests being served. The deal is designed for the buyer, not SJS and not the developer. We then follow this further down the line to include the other professional services required to complete the purchase. Namely the lawyers, the mortgage provider and even the currency exchange. These are all done by introducing you to best in the field, all of which had the exact same brief. Therefore, you the client will always have access to the best possible facilities, and without having to pay the premium you would normally expect for them.
