Following two and a half years as a Master Broker (an earlier version of packaging) in England, and being aware of the problems encountered by English companies attempting to attain Northern Irish custom, Ronald Murray made the decision to open a new business purely to target the Northern Irish market. Case Funding Centre was founded in September 1996 in Northern Ireland .

The business was grown steadily and consistently over the intervening years and in its second year following the expansion of the business by retaining a partner, the necessity for Sub Prime Lenders became apparent and Case Funding Centre grew its business in this new emerging market.

The concept behind packaging is to simplify and erase the possibility for errors in the procedure for mortgage lenders. We collate all the required information and documentation on behalf of the client and present it complete to the lender, so that all they need to do is confirm the amount of the mortgage. We also act as the point of contact for all parties and, as all information is communicated through us, we are able to respond accurately and rapidly.

We have been looking at Spain over the past two years and in greater detail since June 2005. In the latter part of 2005 we secured offices and formed a business primarily to conduct a professional, efficient service, geared towards introductory agents including; Estate Agents, Builders, Developers and the Legal profession, all wanting to package their client's mortgage needs. Our initial findings showed, a somewhat rustic attitude towards the mortgage business in general, and indeed packaging companies seem to be an alien entity. We intend to change this.

Our headquarters are close to Murcia airport in San Javier on the main highway that starts at the French border and follows the coast the whole length of Spain to the Portuguese border. We also have an office on the Costa del Almeria to the south of La Manga and on the Costa del Sol, where our office is based in Mijas Costa, near Malaga .
